Early Bird Lap Swim

Lap Swim: Swimming in designated lanes. Open to men & women, ages 13 & over. “Open Style” lane available for water exercise, water running, synchronized swimming or other styles.

Water Exercise & Deep Water Dip
Sep 19 @ 8:45 am – 9:30 am

Shallow Water Exercise: High energy, low impact workout class, held in the shallow end of the pool. Built into the class is a strong cardio segment combined with strength training, using resistant equipment and stretching to improve flexibility.

Deep Water Dip: Swimming in the deep end of the pool only. The shallow end of the pool in use for classes.

Total Body Tabata
Sep 19 @ 9:00 am – 10:00 am

Test your limits and reshape your exercise routine with this proven training method. Start out with Tabata stations then finish off with a strict balance and core challenge for a solid body.

Open Swim/2 Lap Lanes
Sep 19 @ 9:30 am – 10:00 am

Open Swim/Lap Lane: Open Swim with 2 or 3 lap lanes available. Lap lane priority is given to lap swimmers.

Lap Swim

Power Yoga
Sep 19 @ 12:15 pm – 1:00 pm

Think you’re too tough for Yoga? Think you won’t get a real workout? Well, we’ve got something for you…be prepared to sweat and conquer boundaries! Designed to build strength and sustain focus. Venture into yourself and get ready to see your body change. Not for beginners.

Youth Way-to-Go
Sep 19 @ 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm

Youth Way-to-Go is a drop-in enrichment program for youth in grades 1–8 where youth can go to complete homework, play games, enjoy staff-guided gym activities, and socialize!
