Flow Yoga
Feb 20 @ 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

This class combines postures and conscious breathing as you move from one pose into the next. There will be periods of variable flow to enhance your mind-body connection.

Feb 20 @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilirating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, PoundFit transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Early Bird Lap Swim

Lap Swim: Swimming in designated lanes. Open to men & women, ages 13 & over. “Open Style” lane available for water exercise, water running, synchronized swimming or other styles.

Water Exercise & Deep Water Dip
Feb 21 @ 8:45 am – 9:30 am

Shallow Water Exercise: High energy, low impact workout class, held in the shallow end of the pool. Built into the class is a strong cardio segment combined with strength training, using resistant equipment and stretching to improve flexibility.

Deep Water Dip: Swimming in the deep end of the pool only. The shallow end of the pool in use for classes.

Morning Mashup
Feb 21 @ 9:00 am – 10:00 am

Keep your body guessing and stay on your toes! This class changes weekly between cycling, interval training, yoga, or a surprise mashup. You won’t be disappointed!

All Levels Yoga
Feb 21 @ 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm

This class was designed for both the beginner and experienced student, who prefer a class at a relaxed pace. In this class you will use postures and conscious breathing in combination with mental focus to develop awareness through proper alignment and mindfulness of the body.

PiYo Strength
Feb 21 @ 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

PiYo is a unique class designed to build strength, increase balance and flexibility, and improve cardiovascular endurance all at once. This boot camp style class uses yoga and Pilates moves to create an intense overall workout.

Family Fun Friday
Feb 21 @ 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Join us for Family Fun Fridays! Activities include family gym activities and open swim. All activities are for children with an adult. Children under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or over. See drop-in pool schedule for more swim times.

Weekend Warrior:
Start your weekend off right with this challenging and fun fitness class. We will focus on interval circuit training, moving from one exercise to the next with little to no break in between. The class will use body-weight movements, dumbbells, and cardio to bring out your weekend warrior.

Fitclub Insanity: Join this talented instructor as she shows you how to get a great workout using just your body. Experience new training heights, increase your metabolism and burn calories in this energetic group environment.
