Gentle Hatha Yoga

This class uses postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with restful,
calming, and gentle movements. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those with injuries or limited mobility, or those who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga.
