Take your fitness to the next level with one of YWCA’s Specialty Fitness Classes. Taught by multi-certified instructors, these classes offer a more intensive experience than our standard drop-in classes.
Specialty Fitness Classes can be accessed by purchasing a 10-class fitness pass at our front desk (online purchasing coming soon!). 10-class passes are $85 for current YWCA Fitness Members and $99 for non-members.

Modern Dance Fusion with Sadie Levy
This fun strengthening and agility dance class features a focus on modern dance and and improv! Hints of West African, hip hop, ballet, and modern technique will enhance the dance class and leave you feeling confident and strong! Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30PM
Kundalini Yoga with John Kim
Bring balance to the body, mind and soul by harnessing mental, physical and nervous energies of the body. This practice precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity and purify the blood. Tai Chi with John Dansereau
Relieve stress and practice meditation by performing the graceful exercises in Tai Chi class. You’ll learn how to move in a slow, focused manner while utilizing deep breathing. Saturdays, 10:00-11:00AM
