In-Kind Donations

The YWCA frequently accepts donations for individuals and families participating in our programs including our emergency shelter and transitional housing programs. For needed items, please click here to download the YWCA Wish List. If you have an item you would like to donate that is not on the list, please call 508-767-2505, ext. 108 to ensure that your donation can be accepted.

If you plan to drop off items in-person, please contact the Development Office at development@ywcacm.org to schedule a drop off time. Once a time has been scheduled, you can drop off your donation at the front desk. Reception staff will be there to welcome you. Please do not drop off items unannounced as they will not be accepted.

Host a Cell Phone Drive
The YWCA collects used cell phones which are refurbished to benefit the YWCA’s Domestic Violence Programs. To host a corporate drive or to become a drop off location, a company provides a drop off box, a staff member to be a liaison to the YWCA and promotes the drive to employees or customers. The YWCA provides a ready-made flyer for distribution and will pick up cell phones at your location.

Office Supplies
By donating equipment and office supplies, you can help the YWCA offset administrative costs and thereby fund more services.

Promotional/Fundraising Donations
The YWCA appreciates in-kind donations including products, memorabilia, art, dining and shopping gift certificates year round for auction, raffle or inclusion at our fundraising events.

Professional Services
If you have technical skill or expertise that you would like to donate to the YWCA on an ongoing or project basis, we would warmly welcome your ideas!

Group Projects
Corporate teams are welcome to help out, too. If you have project idea, or would like to know what projects are waiting to be tackled here at the YWCA, we would like to hear from you.

Please be aware that the YWCA is unable to perform repairs, cleaning, or pick up donated items.

You can also support our efforts by offering a substantial discount on items, products or services to the YWCA. We use these donations for educational events/fundraising events/and other community outreach opportunities.

If you don’t see an in-kind donation you’d like to make included in this list, please contact us, we appreciate the many forms creative in-kind donations can take. Interested individuals/companies must contact the Development Office to donate in-kind items, please contact the Director of Development at development@ywcacm.org. Donations are acknowledged upon request.
