Group Fitness & Water Exercise Classes
Classes and programs offered at the YWCA will help you live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. We have a wide range of offerings for people of all ages and athletic ability, including aquatics classes, and fitness classes.
Class Registration
You may register in person, by mail or by calling 508-767-2505. Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Discounts may apply if you are a YWCA Member or health insurance subscriber; please see class details or inquire at the Front Desk. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. The YWCA reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. There are no make-up sessions for missed classes unless the YWCA canceled the class.
Not a member? Purchase fitness class passes.
You don’t have to be a YWCA Fitness member to enjoy our group classes. Now you can purchase individual and multi-class passes right from our front desk.
